SAGAG Holiday Party Potluck & Make-and-Take

  • For those who can't attend in person but would like to attend the Make-and-Take via Zoom meeting. Zoom meeting details will be send via email.

POTLUCK, MAKE-AND-TAKE, PRIZES!

We're planning a holiday party, and it will be exciting to see each other in person! We will also Zoom the meeting portion and quick Make-and-Take instructions.

  • What: Holiday Party Potluck, Make-and-Take, Door Prizes, Raffle, White Elephant Gift Exchange
  • When: Sunday, Dec 14th, 1:00pm -4:00pm
  • Where: San Antonio Public Library Foundation, 625 Shook Avenue (Parking across the street and at the Landa Library)
  • Reservations by Dec 7th. $10 reservation which includes your main course, make-and-take supplies and a raffle ticket!

The reservations will be necessary since we’ll be purchasing the food. We want to have enough but not too much. Make your reservation (through this event notice) and pay your $10.

ACTIVITIES

  • Short Meeting and Make-and-Take Instructions
  • Meat/Main Entree provided by SAGAG: Meat, Tea & Water. Please bring a side or dessert to share.
  • Make-and-Take 
  • White Elephant Gift Exchange
  • Raffle Drawing
  • Fun!

WHAT TO BRING

  • Main meat is being purchased, but please bring a potluck side dish, appetizer or dessert to share.  
  • Optional:  BYOB - Adult beverages, please be sure to have a designated driver! 
  • Optional: A glass related gift of $15 (suggested) to participate in gift exchange.

We meet monthly with the exception of August and December. It's a great opportunity to meet people who have a passion for glass. We talk, learn and enjoy each others' company.
