Glaskolben Making Event - Wednesday 10/25

Wednesday, OCTOBER 25, 6-8 pm Glaskolben "Bowlathon" at Stained Glass Crafters Workbench

(In person only)

Glaskolben is a glass cylinder that you heat with the torch and blow into to make an ornament! We'll have frit available but feel free to bring your own (COE90). We can make 100 in about 2 hours! Who's in?!!

This is a hands-on workshop to create colorful glass ornaments that we're donating to the SAMMinistries Empty Bowls fundraiser to help the homeless throughout San Antonio.

San Antonio has a young growing guild of glass artists and enthusiasts who come together from a variety of disciplines including warm, cold and hot glass. We meet monthly with the exception of August and December. It's a great opportunity to meet people who have a passion for glass. We talk, learn and enjoy each others' company.
