January's meeting is all about Empty Bowls! We'll share the latest Empty Bowls event details, workshop dates, volunteer opportunities, and explore various bowl making techniques including how to create our popular bowl-a-thon bowls. Refresher on kiln wash? Yes please!

Optional, but oh so fun! Attend the meeting kiln-side to host your own solo-bowl-a-thon! Seasoned SAGAG members will be on hand to answer any questions or offer tricks and tips for a successful bowl making experience. It's a great way to get off on the right foot.

Gather these simple materials for our Bowl-a-thon Bowls:

• Scrap glass (all the same COE)
• Kiln Wash
• Terracotta saucer(s) for a bowl blank
