Volunteer - Empty-Bowl-A-thon-3 - Help us Leap Ahead!

Who is ready for a Empty-bowl-a-thon #3? Let's Leap ahead on our efforts to make bowls!

We'll be meeting at A&A Products. Matt has been donating lots of scrap to support the SAGAG member's efforts making bowls for the Empty Bowls fundraiser to support hungry and homeless families in San Antonio. 

This is a great way to learn about glass and have some fun while helping and giving back to our community! 

This bowl-a-thon will take place at A&A Product's Studio in the Seguin. 

Can anyone help? Do I need to have experience working with glass? Anyone can help! No experience working with glass is necessary, just a willingness to learn and follow instructions. We'll need volunteers for other Bowl-A-Thons and at the Empty Bowls event on March 1. 

Do I need to bring anything? Bring your own safety glasses if you have them. You can also bring other basic glass working tools, if you have them, but there will be a few extras at the bowl-a-thon. SAGAG members are generously donating COE 90 glass (Thanks A&A Products!) for fusing and recycled glass for other techniques (bottle bowls, etc).
