Annual Meeting &

Membership Renewal!

Come and join your guildies for a day of food, fun, and gifts!  Renew your San Antonio Glass Art Guild membership for $40 there at the meeting.  Be entered in a prize drawing when you join SAGAG!  Get a special gift for showing up!   Attend the meeting and be entered into a drawing for a year of free membership when you join!

Don't miss out - look how much fun this group has had this past year!

What's Happening:

  • Renew Your Membership or Join SAGAG - one lucky member will win a scholarship for a years membership! (must attend the meeting to win)
  • Food, Fun, Prizes, Awards, Gifts!
  • New officers to be elected (Nominations being accepted).
  • Vote for Volunteer of the Year (Nominations being accepted) - We treasure our volunteers so the volunteer of the year will receive a scholarship for a years membership!
  • Take the Survey and let us know the types of activities, speakers and demos you would like to see (login to take the survey). 


What to bring:

  • Yourself - we can't wait to see everyone!
  • Food to share (list below)
  • Optional - a folding/camp chair
  • Optional - A friend, family member or a potential new member

Pot Luck dinner with meat provided by the guild.

 Please bring your favorite Memorial Day cook-out food!  

    • Bring a dessert if the first letter of your LAST name starts with A-H.
    • Bring an appetizer if the first letter in your LAST name starts with I-Q.
    • Bring a side if the first letter in your LAST name starts with R-Z. 

More Fun... Fuse Your Glass Off Challenge is back! 

Based on shows such as "Iron Chef," participants are given materials to create an ingenious piece of artwork.  Kits will be available for purchase at the meeting for $10 each.  Get your kit and make artwork using the materials provided for a chance to win money prizes at the July meeting!  Judging will be based on technical skill, originality, and the ability to clearly see all of the challenge materials in the finished piece.

San Antonio has a young growing guild of glass artists and enthusiasts who come together from a variety of disciplines including warm, cold and hot glass. We meet monthly with the exception of August and December. It's a great opportunity to meet people who have a passion for glass. We talk, learn and enjoy each others' company.
